As a lazy surfer and all-round beach tragic, I must have done something truly good to receive a four night stay on Noosa’s Hastings Street as my Christmas present. I am already picturing waking up early for a quick surf off the Noosa National Park, spending the morning lazing around the main beach, then taking a long lunch on my accommodation balcony.
If you have never stayed on Hastings Street, you definitely need to treat yourself. Having visited some of the most beautiful beach locations in the world, including Hawaii’s North Shore, I have to say you can’t get any more beautiful than the surrounds of the Noosa region. It is truly one of those unique locations in the world where the forest meets the sea and puts you into a total relaxing state of mind.
So if the long working year has got you down, or the thought of spending all Christmas with the relatives is a little depressing why not get a way and book in some Noosa accommodation.
